1. Service Scope & Deliverables

• Work will be delivered as per the approved proposal or agreement

• Any additional features or pages beyond scope will incur extra charges

• Changes requested after approval will be treated as enhancements

2. Payment Terms

• Advance payment required to initiate the project (typically 50%)

• Full amount must be cleared before project launch or handover

• Late payments may delay delivery timelines

3. Ownership & Rights

• Nexsyco holds full rights to design, code, and assets until full payment

• After project completion & full payment, ownership is transferred to client

• Portfolio rights: Nexsyco may showcase the project for marketing/display

4. Content & Responsibilities

• Client must provide accurate text, images, and other required assets

• Delays in content submission may extend delivery timelines

• Nexsyco is not liable for legal issues arising from client-provided content

5. Revisions & Changes

• Major redesign or structural changes are billed separately

• Up to 2 standard revision rounds included (unless stated otherwise)

• Revision requests must be within the selected design framework

6. Website & App Management (If included in plan)

• Does not include redesign, new pages, or major development tasks

• Covers technical maintenance, security updates & minor content edits

• Support requests must be raised via official communication channels

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Advance payment is non-refundable once work has started

• If a project is paused or cancelled by the client, completed work will be billed

• Failure to communicate for 30 days may be treated as project abandonment

8. Limitation of Liability

• Security measures are implemented, but 0% vulnerability is not guaranteed

• Nexsyco is not responsible for losses from downtime, third-party failures, or misuse

• SEO & marketing results depend on market variables — no absolute guarantees

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated conditions.
